How much does it cost and how to pay?
We charge by the hour or by the job depending on the project. Each client has a personalized billing plan tailored just to them for their project request. When you receive your free quote it will be outlined if it will be a personalized hourly charge or a total for the entire project, along with the associated costs of each. If the project is going to be over $300 we require half of the payment prior to any work being started, and the remainder of the balance upon completion.
Who buys and supplies the project materials?
Any supplies needed for the job will be laid out in the quote. If there are materials that need to be purchased we will give detailed recommendations of what should be bought. We then give the client the option to go and buy all the materials themselves or we will do all the buying and supplying for you! If you chose to have us do the buying and supplying of the materials the cost for the time will be added into the labor for the project. The cost of the materials will be required upfront as well, which will be discussed before any purchases are made. If there are extra supplies that can be returned once the project is complete those will be returned and the cost will be taken off the final total.
Do you offer contracts?
Yes! We provide contracts prior to any work being done for all our clients. Contract protect both the client and us from any missed information, hidden fees, surprises, or liabilities. Especially when renting you may want work done that your landlord hasn’t approved so if you ask us to put a hole in something that’s going to later come out of your security deposit, well that’s on you. We are always more than happy to help but we have to be sure that we are all on the same page about the work being done. Our contracts ensure our clients know up front the cost of the labor for the job, and the potential supplies that may be needed. They know the terms and conditions of the work and they know what they can expect from us! Our contracts keep both parties accountable for the work being done, and leaves happy clients!
